Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to Canada and the US. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, order total, and order weight.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually fulfilled within three to seven business days. Delivery times depend on your location: most North American orders arrive within seven to 10 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your order total, weight, and delivery location. As our way of saying thanks for being part of the alive community, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100!

Here’s a quick look at how our shipping rates work:

Canada:

  • Orders over CA$100: free standard shipping
  • Orders under 2 kg: CA$14.90 standard shipping
  • Orders over 2 kg: CA$21.90 standard shipping

US:

  • Orders over US$100: free standard shipping
  • Orders up to 0.5 kg: US$7.90 standard shipping
  • Orders from 0.5–1.5 kg: US$19.90 standard shipping
  • Orders over 1.5 kg: US$29.90 standard shipping

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder—or get in touch and we’ll look into it.

What materials do you use, and how sustainable are they?

We partner with Printful to produce high-quality, on-demand products that reduce waste and overproduction. Many of our apparel items use sustainably sourced organic cotton or recycled fibers. As part of our broader commitment to the planet, we also plant trees through veritree—with 630,863 trees planted this year alone. See our impact.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet—but it's on our radar! We hope to offer alive shop gift cards soon as the perfect gift for the wellness lovers in your life.
